Inclusive Voices Reaches Major Milestone Ahead of End-of-February Launch
We are pleased to announce a significant milestone for Inclusive Voices, a flagship initiative of the Malak Foundation dedicated to fostering safer, more meaningful conversations around racism, identity, and belonging.
The video production is now complete, and development of the Inclusive Voice digital platform has been finalised. With both components ready, we are now preparing to launch the program officially at the end of February.
To mark this moment, we are proud to share the Inclusive Voices teaser trailer, offering an early insight into the people, purpose, and values that underpin the initiative.
About Inclusive Voices
Inclusive Voices was developed in direct response to feedback from communities calling for safe, respectful, and culturally informed spaces to reflect on and share experiences of racism and discrimination — including those that occur within communities and often remain unspoken.
The program integrates three core elements:
Lived-experience storytelling
Community-led dialogue
A secure digital platform for reporting and reflection
Together, these elements are designed to move conversations beyond silence, fear, or blame, and toward understanding, dignity, and social cohesion.
Program Aims
Inclusive Voices aims to:
Provide a safe and accessible space for individuals to share and reflect on experiences of racism and discrimination
Amplify authentic community voices through moderated and respectful storytelling
Support learning, empathy, and awareness across diverse audiences
Strengthen social cohesion by encouraging constructive dialogue
Contribute insights that can inform future community, policy, and education responses
At its core, the program is grounded in the principle that lasting change begins with listening.
