Why This Milestone Matters
The signing of these three MoUs is significant for several reasons:
Program credibility: Establishes trusted, vetted partners at the outset
Global reach: Connects Australia with partners across Asia, Europe, and the technology sector
Compliance-first delivery: Ensures all activities align with Australian migration, workplace, and WHS requirements
Scalable foundation: Sets the standard for future partner onboarding
These partners are not only early adopters but also contributors to shaping a program that prioritises integrity, transparency, and community confidence.
Building the Infrastructure to Support the Program
In parallel with partner onboarding, Malak Foundation has developed a comprehensive internal program management platform, designed to manage:
Participant lifecycle tracking
Partner and supervisor oversight
Compliance checklists and documentation
Risk scoring and monitoring
Audit-ready reporting and transparency
This internal platform is currently undergoing testing and verification for compliance, ensuring it meets and exceeds operational and regulatory expectations ahead of launch.
MantisAI has developed the program application platform and is currently undergoing final testing in preparation for an imminent launch. The team is focused on refining performance and ensuring a seamless user experience as it moves through this critical pre-release phase, positioning the platform for a successful market introduction.
